ML Team Lead

What you will do

• Develop recommendations for in-game special offers, both technically and product-wise.
• Influence key company-wide business metrics.
• Organize team workflow; handle the full spectrum of ML tasks: gathering requirements, task formulation, pipeline building, conducting A/B tests, and supporting launched tasks.
• Improve existing approaches and explore and implement new ones.

What you need to succeed

• Required work experience: 3–6 years.
• Experience independently implementing ML projects with achieved business results.
• Team management experience.
• Knowledge of classical ML algorithms, mathematical statistics, and theoretical probability.
• An understanding of A/B testing theory and experience conducting A/B tests.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• The ability to work with large datasets, including experience with Hive and PySpark.

Nice to have

• Experience with recommender systems and uplift modeling.
• MLOps and reliable ML knowledge and experience.
• Advanced A/B testing experience: designing A/B tests, variance reduction methods.
