Operational Excellence Manager
in BrainRocket
We are looking for a mature OpEx professional (Middle/Senior level) with a high sense of ownership and good stakeholder management skills, a person who can work autonomously with a minimum level of direction, a person who enjoys contributing to improving the company's efficiency and making a difference.
We consider candidates with a background in project/program/product/team management, change/transformation management, operations, process improvement, operational excellence, org.design, various leadership roles.
BrainRocket is hiring specialists who have already relocated from Russia and Belarus.
Responsibilities
KPI:
At PMO, we measure the PMO Team success by 2 key parameters:
- Project completion.
- Stakeholder satisfaction.
Consequently, the OpEx responsibilities consist of 2 following parts:
Operational excellence responsibilities:
Analysis, design:
- Understand the essence of key functions in the division and across the Company.
- Identify stakeholders for the process/tools.
- Conduct business/gap/impact analysis, requirement gathering for process/tools.
- Design new/redesign existing processes, focusing on the added business value.
Implementation:
- Implement process/tool.
- Set process metrics.
- Develop monitoring dashboards.
- Change & stakeholder management.
- Proper communications.
- Facilitate decision-making.
- Automate processes.
- Respective project management.
Operations:
- Operate/own some of business processes and related reporting.
- Monitor the process execution/tool usage, key process metrics.
Op-Ex culture:
- Drive operational excellence initiatives, methodologies and best practices throughout, set related standards.
- Act as a change agent by promoting a culture of operational excellence throughout.
- Guide people.
- Conduct knowledge sharing sessions.
- Maintain respective knowledge bases.
Stakeholder satisfaction responsibilities.
- We encourage our team members to speak regularly with their key stakeholders and ask what they like and what could be improved, and act accordingly.
- In addition, we expect our PMO team members (mainly for Sr-level people) to be proactive in suggesting any type of project/process/organizational improvement they can identify themselves.
Requirements
Ideal candidate should have a combination of the following skills:
- Design business processes.
- Requirement gathering and business analysis.
- Change and stakeholder management.
- Clear communication appropriate for audience level.
- Conducting effective meetings.
- Decision-making.
- Project control and execution.
