Senior Backend Developer

What you will do

• Work independently and effectively manage time and priorities to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with a remote team in a highly distributed and self-managed environment.
• Ensure the quality and stability of the software through testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.

Requirements

• 4 or more years of software development in Golang.
• Experience building clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in a production environment using low-level analysis methods, with a thorough understanding of SOLID principles and domain-driven design.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and how to establish context boundaries within software applications.
• Preferred qualifications in concurrency and async development.
• Experience with integrating data-storage solutions like PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queue solutions.
• Experience with Docker and running code in a Linux container.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in the FinTech industry.
• Experience with JSON-RPC interface interactions for Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to build creative solutions and advocate them in a team.
• Ability to manage personal work-life balance in a remote environment.
