IT Service Management Specialist

You will

• Develop and implement Service Level Management and Availability Management processes.
• Define and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to service availability.
• Participate in incident and problem management processes.
• Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a service catalogue.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to improve service availability, reliability, and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management.
• Strong understanding of Service Level Management and Availability Management processes.
• Proficiency in defining and monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs).
• Experience in identifying, assessing, and managing service availability risks.
• Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and best practices.
• Experience in designing and maintaining a service catalogue.
