We are looking for a skilled IT Service Management Specialist with relocation to Cyprus.
You will
- Develop and implement Service Level Management and Availability Management processes.
- Define and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to service availability.
- Participate in incident and problem management processes.
- Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a service catalogue.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to improve service availability, reliability, and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management.
- Strong understanding of Service Level Management and Availability Management processes.
- Proficiency in defining and monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs).
- Experience in identifying, assessing, and managing service availability risks.
- Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and best practices.
- Experience in designing and maintaining a service catalogue.
