You will join the Payment team in our office at Limassol, Cyprus. You will have the opportunity to work in a highly professional and challenging environment and will collaborate with professionals with diverse skill sets to deliver impactful results on various projects. You will report directly to the head of Payments.

You will

Analyze payments product data and processes, define problems and possible solutions, identify interconnections and make recommendations for process and performance improvements from a KPI and business objective point of view.
Analyze and monitor key product indicators, searching for anomalies and growth points.
Research the market and competitors.
Create and manage dashboards, getting insights from the data.
Collaborate with multiple teams both inside and outside the organization to collect, review, and analyze payments data.
Actively participate in the product and feature-delivery lifecycle, as well as prepare the necessary documentation for the delivery teams.

What we expect from you

Data analysis experience.
Knowledge of statistics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze a significant amount of data with attention to detail and accuracy.
Capacity to work independently and as part of the team.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver short and structured analysis outcomes in the form of reports, presentations, dashboards.
Written and spoken English at an upper-intermediate-level or higher.
