Integrations Support

You will

• Assist partners through the onboarding process, from initial contact to go-live.
• Speak to partners and manage contacts across multiple platforms, prioritizing and following up as required.
• Own the post-sales process to ensure a smooth integration.
• Investigate and troubleshoot client's problems, helping them locate and fix any integration issues.
• Triage and analyze client feedback and feature requests.
• Collaborate with the product team to develop new features.
• Be an advocate for the best user experience, understand the pain-points and needs of the clients and suggest ways for improvement and refinement.
• Describe existing features in a clear and concise manner to create documentation.
• Clearly communicate any issues raised and findings from your investigation to the wider team.

Expectations

• Avid multitasker and quick thinker who likes getting to the root of things.
• Ability to quickly adapt to an ever-changing, fast-paced environment whilst ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Experience in customer/technical support on a front line.
• Ability to navigate various sources of information such as databases, logs, and blockchain explorers.
• Excellent documentation writing skills.
• Impeccable written and fluent spoken English and Russian.
• Great communication skills and empathy, understanding of cultural differences of natives of diverse countries.

Nice to have:

• Previous start-up experience in the crypto or web3 space.
• Some technical coding experience.
• Understanding of the sales process.
