We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our Human Resources team as a Junior HR Business Partner.
In this role, you will support the HR department and business leaders in various HR functions. This is a great opportunity for someone proactive, passionate about people and human resources, and wants to make a positive impact on the workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with your assigned business unit to ensure a deep understanding of their business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
- Consult with line management and provide HR guidance when appropriate, including staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
- As the primary point of contact for employees, you will offer guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. You will also foster positive employee relationships and promote a healthy work environment.
- Assist in the recruitment process by conducting initial interviews and supporting hiring managers in candidate selection.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights.
- Support training initiatives that enhance employee skills and development, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values.
- Participate in performance management activities, which include performance reviews, goal setting, and providing feedback to employees and managers.
- Assist in maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR-related documentation.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events that promote a positive and lively workplace culture.
- Participate in planning and controlling the annual budget.
- Manage various HR projects and initiatives.
What is important for us
- At least 1–2 years of experience in HR.
- Knowledge of English at the B2+ and fluency in Russian.
- Organizational skills.
- Creativity and a passion for new ideas.
- Ready to take the initiative and to be an active team member.
- You love order and structure in your work, pay attention to details.
