Junior HRBP

Key responsibilities

• Partner with your assigned business unit to ensure a deep understanding of their business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
• Consult with line management and provide HR guidance when appropriate, including staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
• As the primary point of contact for employees, you will offer guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. You will also foster positive employee relationships and promote a healthy work environment.
• Assist in the recruitment process by conducting initial interviews and supporting hiring managers in candidate selection.
• Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights.
• Support training initiatives that enhance employee skills and development, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values.
• Participate in performance management activities, which include performance reviews, goal setting, and providing feedback to employees and managers.
• Assist in maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR-related documentation.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events that promote a positive and lively workplace culture.
• Participate in planning and controlling the annual budget.
• Manage various HR projects and initiatives.

What is important for us

• At least 1–2 years of experience in HR.
• Knowledge of English at the B2+ and fluency in Russian.
• Organizational skills.
