Requirements

• Solid experience in managing delivery processes for engineering teams at high-velocity consumer banks/fintechs/brands.
• Extensive experience in shaping up engineering scopes from business targets (system analytics).
• Ability to plan, control and deliver engineering results in a high-paced environment.
• Understanding core banking tech (ledgers, payment processing, etc.) in the consumer lending context is a major advantage.
• The required work experience is 4+ years.
