We are a startup. Four years old. 30 people on the team. Growing x2 year by year. The target market is the USA.
For 19 years, our founders have been working in the digital marketing space and can't imagine how to manage marketing without full funnel, multichannel marketing analytics. It's the 2020s, but there's still no good solution. That's why we launched a separate company that solves this problem for clients on a turnkey basis.
To do this, we are developing our own no code cloud DWH designed specifically for marketing analytics platform solutions and assembling a strong team of marketing analysts.
Elly Analytics is hiring remote specialists who have already relocated from Russia.
What you will need to do
Lead projects of integration of full funnel marketing analytics for clients with a team of analysts and managers. You will be responsible for project results.
Main points of the work:
- Understand what reports the clients need, their business processes, data sources, data flow and design solution.
- Be responsible for the final result of the project (that client can make decision for manage ads with reports) and help team reach it.
- Help clients to get more benefits from reports.
- Make good technical and architectural solutions for team and client.
- Do most difficult and custom tasks in project and organize work of team with routine.
- Help junior and middle analyst become seniors. Be ready to become Teamlead in the future.
This role means a lot of work with clients for understanding their business needs and data structure, then to create together with developers team automatic reporting. This vacancy not about ML and neural networks.
Key requirements
- Required work experience: 3–6 years.
- Experience of working with external clients and build reports for them.
- Built full funnel marketing analytics system at least once.
- Experience in Power BI.
- SQL.
- Experience with web analytics (GA UA, GA4, GTM) and advertising offices (Google Ads, FB/Instagram, VK, MyTarget, Yandex.Direct).
- English language at Upper-Intermediate level or higher, Russian fluent speaker.
- Experience running end-to-end analytics.
- Experience in client projects.
Conditions
- Remote work.
- Salary from $2800 to $3600 depending on the interview and test task results. In the future, you can become a teamlead and earn more.
- Must be available 5 days a week and have at least 5 working hours overlap with the team and clients.
- Annual leave (twice a year for 2 weeks) + holidays.
- Laptop, software, and anything else you may need for work.
- Employment via Deel contract.
- Payment of half the cost of reasonable training activities.
