We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Product Analyst to increase the quality of our products and drive new initiatives.

You will be responsible for three main tasks:

Description of the report requirements and research on the source system.
Creating reports based on data from the data set.
Designing and implementing web analytics tracking requirements to enable performance measurement and to track customer behavior using product analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, etc.).

This role will report to the Lead Product Manager.

HomeBuddy is hiring remote specialists. Unfortunately, we have a hiring freeze in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine, but we will be happy to hire people who have already relocated from Russia/Belarus/Ukraine.

What you will do

Gather requirements and prepare technical specifications for data engineers.
Examine the source systems for the presence of the necessary data in them (CRM, Billing, DWH).
Create reports based on product managers' requests.
Design and implement web analytics tracking requirements to enable performance measurement and to track customer behavior using product analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, etc.).
Collect data from the product analytics tools and create reports.

Requirements

Three or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Data Analyst.
Expert in describing requirements and technical specifications for creating reports.
Experience working with one or more product analytics tools (Heap, Amplitude, MixPanel, Google Analytics, or similar).
The ability to clearly and structurally present the results of analytical research.
Ability to think and work independently, attention to detail.
Excellent proficiency in SQL.
Advanced level of English (written and verbal).

Nice to have:

Research data and provide the product team with analytical insights.
Experience with Preset and Snowflake.
Python (Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib) for data mining and analysis.
