Product Owner

You will

• Formulate, prioritize, and verify product hypotheses aimed at improving product metrics and reaching goals.
• Be responsible for the product validation backlog and product delivery backlog, for both maintaining and prioritizing.
• Define product requirements by working closely with the Business System Analyst team, the Product Designers team, and Senior Management.
• Communicate the product strategy to the development team and define priorities at the iteration and quarter levels.
• Monitor and analyze product metrics regularly and after the launch of new features.
• Communicate the development plans (quarterly roadmaps) to the stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the development team leader in order to improve the team’s processes and activities.
• Be responsible for the process of task monitoring, milestones, and the project’s status in order to make it visible to the team and to other stakeholders.

What we expect from you

• At least 4 years of experience in a product owner or product manager role with a tech or IT background.
• Experience in overseeing multi-function project teams including designers, developers, data analysts, and QA.
• Track record of your accomplishments with numerical values clearly listed on your resume or in your portfolio.
• Experience with widely successful agile techniques, such as Scrum or others.
• Knowledge in prioritizing projects and managing changes and customer expectations.
• Experience in competitor analysis, user research, and product analytics knowledge.
• Experience defining product KPIs, A/B testing, and UX testing.
• Solid understanding of universal product metrics, such as retention, churn rate, LTV, conversion, and funnels.
• Ability to perform a high level of stakeholder management with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly analytical mindset, with problem-solving skills.
• Good time-management and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level and above).
