Engineering Manager (CTO)

You will

• Lead multiple platform-oriented teams responsible for building and supporting a single product across multiple platforms.
• Establish product standards for each platform to ensure delivery of high-quality software products.
• Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams to drive product growth.
• Coordinate with various departments to involve more engineers in product development.
• Maintain stability and regularity in the release process for each platform.
• Shape the development approach for core and product services in line with business strategy.
• Implement platform-specific architectural solutions within our product.
• Support the incident management process within your area of responsibility according to company standards.

What we expect from you

• Proven experience leading teams of 20–40 technical specialists, with several (3–5) experienced direct reports.
• Extensive technical knowledge and deep expertise in building modern, customer-facing products and blockchain solutions.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in building robust software systems.
• Ability to establish and optimize engineering processes related to quality, release, and other parameters.
• Understanding of how to align multiple teams to collaborate on a single product across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of both process and people management.
• Ability to combine a passion for technology with effective communication skills and enjoy problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
• Track record of managing the performance and development of highly skilled engineers, including senior and lead positions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with other departments on a cross-functional basis.
