FPGA Engineer

About the company

You will

• Develop and implement new FPGA applications (synthesis, place & route, static timing analysis, documentation) from the ground up.
• Collaborate with team members to investigate and create automated trading algorithms.
• Work on high-performance computing systems to break speed and performance boundaries.
• Identifying bottlenecks and measuring latency between key outlets.
• Working closely with software developers to develop an optimal interface between FPGA hardware and user space software.

Requirements

• Solid experience with HDL (VHDL/SystemVerilog).
• Experience in Linux system programming.
• Good knowledge of networking protocols (IP, UDP, TCP).
• Good knowledge of C++.
• Passion for innovation and building systems from the ground up.
• Experience analyzing performance requirements and designing systems handling very large volumes of real-time data at extremely low latencies.
• A deep passion for technology, software, and hardware development.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Hardware Architecture, RTL Coding, Simulation, Systems Integration, Hardware Validation and Testing, FPGA Synthesis, and Static Analysis.
