You will join our Administration team and will support and enable developing scalable, flexible, and user-friendly automations, reports, and dashboards to increase the efficiency of all People processes and ensure reasonably quick data-driven decisions.

You will

  • Build frameworks, dashboards, and tools to help stakeholders in People teams and managers to better understand the root causes of People challenges and make informed decisions.
  • Consult the entire People team to build relevant metrics and analytics using data and insights from all available sources.
  • Optimize and implement new processes and systems, contributing to People team strategy and tactical and operational plans with analytical insights and automations.
  • Be an owner and focal point for People systems and data management by preparing various reporting, data audits, and People-processes automations.
  • Partner closely with the Business Intelligence, Finance, and Internal Systems teams to optimize reporting and visualization as well as People-processes automation.
  • Act as subject-matter expert in People analytics and automations.

What we expect from you

  • 3 or more years of experience in HR tech or analytics, HR operations, C&B, finance, back-office, or customer technical support.
  • Background working with BI tools, building automated reporting and dashboards such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes.
  • Experience with HRIS management, development, and implementation as well as familiarity with solutions like BambooHR and GreenHouse.
  • Advanced skills in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite, such as complex pivots, scripts, and automation add-ons.
  • Practice working with script languages, API, and writing tech specifications.
  • Capacity to formalize and visualize the results of data analyses in a clear and concise way.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with an excellent customer service attitude.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast moving, client-delivery orientated environment.
  • Result-driven orientation: prioritizing, taking initiative, a strong sense of ownership, and a “can-do” attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least an upper-intermediate or C1 level of spoken and written English.
