We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to oversee the Live Chat part of our product. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business and product metrics, as well as driving the development of new features and improving the overall customer experience. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with the development team to ensure that the product meets the needs of our customers and exceeds their expectations.

You will
- Develop and execute the Live Chat product roadmap in alignment with overall product strategy.
- Lead cross-functional team to deliver product enhancements and new features on-time and within budget on the web and mobile app.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
- Define and track key product metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with other Product Managers, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure the Live Chat product is aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and development teams to design and build intuitive and user-friendly Live Chat features and interfaces.
- Monitor and analyze industry and competitive trends to identify product gaps and opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers to gather feedback, insights, and requirements.
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS products.
- Experience with mobile app product management is a plus.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
