We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Product Manager to increase the quality of our products and drive new initiatives. This role will report to the Lead Product Manager.
What you will do
- Conduct user research, discover points of pain, and fill out the product backlog.
- Come up with ideas for business/product improvements, based on collaboration with other departments, customer feedback and analytics.
- Create detailed and understandable tasks for the product team. Serve as an internal expert, supporting the business/product vision, answering questions and clarifying requirements for the team.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog. Work closely with other product managers and sync the backlog with a higher-level product roadmap.
About you
- Three or more years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager.
- Experience in developing a product vision/strategy and implementing it, relying on OKRs/KPIs & using a data-driven approach.
- Experience in conducting user research (UI/UX, deep interview, etc.) and setting up continuous product feedback loops.
- Experience increasing customer satisfaction using CSAT/NPS.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong expertise in CJM, USM, JTBD, Personas.
- Experience working closely with the development team, supporting the development from start to finish.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to figure out complex problems and offer simple solutions.
- Ability to think and work independently, attention to detail.
- Advanced level of English (written and verbal).
Nice to have:
- Technical background, understanding of how web apps work under the hood.
- Experience increasing organic traffic.
