Senior Product Manager SSP

• Monetag — Monetag.com.
• Propushme — propush.me.

All of them have their strategy, and your goal would be to define and deliver the most valuable features.

We practice team total ownership for the product development strategy. We work according to Scrum with weekly sprints and do not breed bureaucracy. We study users in many varied ways, both qualitatively and quantitatively.

Responsibilities

• Deep investigation into how ad network works.
• Collecting and analyzing product needs of internal and external users.
• Conducting in-depth user interviews and working with feedback.
• Formation of quarterly plans, design, grooming, and task prioritization.
• Interaction with UI/UX designer to create layouts of the developed functionality.
• Interaction with the analytics department to conduct product research and evaluate the results of implemented functionality and a/b tests.
• Synchronization of Sales, Marketing, and Support teams when implementing the developed functionality.
• Working closely with developers to obtain the necessary functionality on time with the required quality.
• Cooperation with other teams and lead cross-team features.
• Analysis and continuous improvement of an existing product.
• People management teams.

Expectations

• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Product Owner roles.
• Work experience as a Product Owner — from 3 years, with a proven track record of product success.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Teamwork skills.
• Curiosity and desire to go beyond.
• The ability to charge colleagues with positivity and faith in the products being developed.
• Knowledge of the basics of usability and ergonomics of modern products.
• Minimal technical background and knowledge of SQL.
• Fluent English.
