PHP Developer (SWAT)

We are looking for a PHP Developer for the SWAT Team.
SWAT is a technical support team for internal customers.
SWAT is a talent pool where we actively grow and develop people to prepare them for transitioning into teams of skilled developers!
Mentorship, support in self-education, and constant communication with experienced senior developers can greatly enhance your development skills. Once you have developed a strong level of hard skills, transitioning to a product team can be guaranteed.
Your daily business
- Development of new functionality and bug fixes in campaign internal systems (using Symfony 5.2+).
- Extraction of reports from databases according to the requirements of internal customers (using PostgreSQL).
- Writing of database migrations.
- Code review.
- Technical analysis of reports from external clients.
- Assistance to customer support with the technical aspects of customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Knowledge of PHP 7.4 syntax and above.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Ability to write complex SQL queries in any dialect.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript (maximum 10% of all tasks).
- Some experience with at least one PHP framework.
- Desire to work in a team and be open to communication.
- Good English language skills.
- Troubleshooting abilities.
Not required, but encouraged:
- Some experience with React.
- Some experience with Symfony 5+.
- Basic knowledge of Golang.
- The skill to work on the Linux command line.
- Experience with Redis.
- Experience with PostgreSQL — our primary DBMS.
- Experience with Docker.
- Experience in technical support.
