Looking for a Product Owner for Ultimate Guitar to help with direction and future vision.
Must be a guitar player (obviously) with a ton of product experience.
Remote or relocation to Cyprus, great product with 200MM users a year and 53M app downloads.

You will

Run ambitious experiments and generate hypotheses and projects for Ultimate Guitar's audience growth, product retention, and user satisfaction.
Create high-level visions for future improvements and product direction, with a keen eye for market opportunities.
Continuously update and improve the product's long-term roadmap.
Clearly communicate product direction through documentation and presentations.
Manage a product team of up to 15 people.
Conduct market, competitive, and user research.
Work on product strategy and planning (quarterly, annually).

Required experience

The Product Owner should be well-versed in guitar playing, tablature, and relevant music topics.
Successful product leadership experience of at least 3 years.
A desire to grow in the music industry and bring joy to musicians around the world by continuously improving our product.
Experience leading a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and designers and interacting with cross-functional teams — ML, Research, Communications, and Marketing.
Experience working with Monetization teams to ensure product quality and company growth, and understanding revenue metrics.
Web and mobile experience.
Deep understanding of and experience with key product ownership methodologies and frameworks.
Ability to explain something complex in simple terms.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
High level of self-discipline and accountability.
At least an Upper-intermediate level of English.
