DevOps Engineer (Enterprise Networks)

Responsibilities

• Develop Enterprise Network infrastructure components and integrate them with other services.
• Design and roll out services from scratch.
• Ensure solutions availability, improve their reliability and security, find and eliminate weaknesses.

Expectations

• Be confident in Python or Go (or, even better, in both).
• Have deep expertise in administrating Unix servers.
• Have experience with containerization, e.g. Docker, containers, LXC, LXC, etc.
• Have an understanding of TCP/IP technologies.

Preferred qualifications:

• Have experience in designing wired and wireless enterprise networks.
• Experience configuring and optimizing Nginx, Iptables, and Ipfw.
• Salt, Terraform, Ansible control systems knowledge.
• Experience supporting and deploying Kubernetes clusters.
• Familiarity with dynamic routing protocols (in particular, BGP) and their configuration.
• Experience with IPv6.
