OneSoil is a fast-growing AgTech startup. We are among the first in the world who combine satellite images and actual data from the fields with machine learning algorithms to develop digital solutions for agriculture. Our tools help farmers around the world to increase productivity, yield and reduce the environmental impact of their operations.

Our platform combines a free app used by more than 330’000 users all over the world, with over 4% of the world's arable land (65M+ hectares) added to the app by our users, advanced products for precision farming, as well as global analytics for businesses. In 2018, Product Hunt named our OneSoil Map the best AI product for recognizing fields and crops. Our key markets currently are Europe and South America, and our plan is to cover the whole world.

You will

• Develop and improve the back-end part of the application.
• Work with microservices (many people write about them but don't actually deal with it, but we do).
• Discuss new features for the product.
• Participate in task planning for the team.

Expectations

• Solid experience developing in Python (3+ years).
• You'll also will work with: Asyncio, Flask, RabbitMQ, AirFlow, AWS, Kubernetes, PyTest (if you don't have experience with these technologies — it's OK if you understand them).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Nice to have: FastAPI, PostGIS, Elasticsearch, Helm.
