Senior IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• You must be a team player with a positive attitude; excellent communication and people skills are a must.
• Should understand the technical requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
• Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, boolean search, networking, employee referrals, etc.
• Maintain the HuntFlow database.
• Search for potential candidates on LinkedIn, GitHub, Glassdoor, Indeed, Social Media, etc.
• Understand talent markets and complex candidate profiles to identify potential candidates.
• Coordinate all the stages of the interview for a hiring team and a candidate.
• Conduct interviews and prepare interview selection reports for each candidate.
• Participate in the organization of external events (career days in universities, meetups, hackathons, etc.).
• Job occupancy: Recruitment 80% Other 20%.

Required skills

• 3 + years of experience in the IT industry.
• Basic IT knowledge required to understand the business need.
• English Upper-Intermediate is a must.
• Experience in international recruiting will be an advantage.

Nice to have:

• Experience in talent acquisition and/or recruiting technical candidates within one or more of the following domains: Capital Markets, ML, Quantitative Trading, FinTech, Databases, and Software Development.
