Senior Backend Developer (Serverless)

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in the system design process.
• Improve service reliability.
• Optimize for performance as we strive to reduce user cold start times to tens of milliseconds.
• Implement new features to make the user experience smoother.

Expectations

• 6+ years of professional software development.
• Working knowledge of basic algorithms and data structures.
• Experience developing software in Go or the willingness to learn.

Preferred qualifications:

• Working experience with QEMU or other virtualization software, the Linux kernel, and its network stack.
• Experience working with configuration management systems and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Experience developing serverless applications.
