Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Market and competitor analysis, identifying and specifying client needs.
• Creating USP and product strategy.
• Developing product parameters and financial models.
• Preparing product specifications and CJMs.
• Managing other departments in order to implement the product.
• Customer development, launching pilots, and conducting A/B tests.
• Analyzing business indicators and building reports.
• Operational management and KPIs control.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant position.
• Successful cases of launching new products.
• International fintech background.
• Proactiveness, self-management and high execution skills, structural approach.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
• Good written and spoken English (B2 / C1+).
