What you will do

• Own the roadmap and execution, both for end customers and business clients.
• Understand in detail the user experience in healthcare products, payment flows, and medical insurance processes in the U.S.
• Work with engineering and design to ensure that we build scalable solutions that fit all partner networks.
• Work with our sales and customer success team to always check the pulse of the market.
• Work with support to ensure that we iterate and improve upon the product experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in B2B2C.
• Preferable Fintech, Health tech, Marketplaces.
• Self-starter with a bias toward action.
• Master of engagement loops and user experience.
• Owned a successful product from 1 to infinity.
• Fluent with data analysis and running experiments.
• Relentlessly focused on customers’ needs.
• Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication.
• Primary company language is English & Russian is also a must.
