Lead Frontend Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of front-end developers in designing and developing high-quality web applications using ReactJS and native JavaScript.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure that the team is following best practices and coding standards, and that code is maintainable, scalable, and secure.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems.
• Manage the development process, from design to deployment, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of the application, and optimize user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Strong 5+ years of hands-on experience in front-end web development, with a focus on ReactJS and native JavaScript (web components).
• Experience leading a team of developers, and a strong understanding of software development best practices.
• Experience with modern web development tools and technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactJS.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, and a strong focus on delivering high-quality products on time.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
