At the moment, we are concerned about the issue of high-quality data collection and analysis at all stages of development, for this we create a team of analysts and are looking for a Data Engineer.

The Data Engineer will take over control and management of data loading processes from all sources into the analytical warehouse, which will allow for solving the data transportation tasks necessary for analytics during development.

Muse Group is hiring specialists who have already relocated from Russia or willing to do it immediately.

You will

Maintaining the current ETL processes of the MUSE infrastructure: working with Airflow, Clickhouse, Hadoop, Apache Spark, Kafka, and MySQL.
Operational support for analytical teams within the Data Quality process.
Development and design of new methods for collecting data from mainstream and third-party sources.
Review of solutions and design of data collection methods that analysts implement in the company.
Design of large ETL solutions and integration of BI analytics components.
Support and improvement of ML-based automatic monitoring.
Design of large Data Transformation Flows for MUSE products.
Integration of external analytical systems.

You have

Hard skills:

3+ years of experience in data engineering.
Strong / expert knowledge of SQL and experience in query optimization.
Practical experience in developing industrial ETL processes on a large amount of data (ETL processing up to 100 GB – 1 TB of data) using: ClickHouse, Hadoop, Apache Spark, Kafka, PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery.
Experience with Python, Scala, and Java (Python is most desirable).
Knowledge of analytical and infrastructure libraries of python and Apache Spark ecosystems.
Experience with CI/CD for analytical pipelines, as well as close interaction with the DevOps team.

Soft skills:

Willingness to work with a constant flow of tasks and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Orientation to the result and the ability to adequately compare the quality of the solution of the problem and the speed of the tasks.
Ability to work under strict deadlines.
Ability to argue technical solutions, taking into account different points of view and taking into account technical limitations.

The salary is paid in the currency of the country of registration, the approximate fork is indicated, the final amount is discussed individually and depends on the personal tax percentage.
