Enterprise Architect

You will

• Present and explain the target architecture, the plan for target architecture implementation in front of the different boards of local & global heads (Local technology leads board, Architecture head-office board, Business heads local and global).
• Execute the architectural vision for all IT systems through major, complex IT architecture projects; ensure that architecture follows enterprise blueprints.
• Translate complex and sometimes ambiguous business requirements into sound technical solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Develop technology road maps, while keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies, and recommend business directions based on these technologies.
• Review incoming enhancements requests and provide guidance to engineering teams through actual requirements.
• Create and support Architecture repository for the Franchise (objects, diagrams).
• Architecture debt management.
• Provide technical leadership and be responsible for developing components of the overall systems design.
• Apply hardware engineering and software design theories and principles in researching, designing, and developing product software interfaces.
• Exhibit good knowledge of current industry trends / competition and its products and services.
• Educate the business representatives, engineering teams, build, and support teams on standards, processes, and tools.

Develop the target strategic architecture design for the Russia franchise based on Business strategic goals, Bank Group specific, changing regulatory environment:

• Assess current Enterprise architecture, develop the plan and lead initiatives to achieve target architecture.
• Apply software design theories and principles in researching, defining, or recommending product software interfaces.
• Choose IT solutions / platforms from the local market for implementation (monitor new market solutions and asses their capability for potential implementation).

Expectations

• Proven track record of highly complex IT landscape transformation (in the role of Enterprise Architect / Lead architect positions).
• Knowledgeable and live experience in implementation and use of Russian / Open Source solutions.
• Experience providing technical leadership in the design of highly complex systems across on-premises, 3rd party hosted, and Public Cloud platforms.
• Technical certifications showing a pattern of continuous professional development.
• Efficient in time management, project management and demonstrative of the company’s service-oriented architecture (SOA).
