Linguix.com is a developer of browser extensions that help hundreds of thousands of users around the world improve the text of letters and documents through smart recommendations.
Linguix is a startup. We have a distributed micro-team with development in the US and Europe. We have already managed to build a product competing with Grammarly, but for active growth, we are looking for an experienced JS Developer to join the team.
What will you do
- Develop our browser extensions (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
- Improve the web editor for working with documents (app.linguix.com).
About you
- Has 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Expertise in Node.js development.
- Experience in JavaScript and supporting technologies such as TypeScript and NPM.
- Worked for at least a 1 year with Angular 11 + RxJS + NgRx (or similar redux-like stores); vanilla JS and browser DOM, modern HTML & CSS.
- NestJS (or other TypeScript frameworks), PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis.
- Docker and K8s (for development, not administration).
- Understands HTTP and WebSockets.
- Experience in WebExtensions development will be a big plus.
- Have English at the level of reading and writing documentation.
- Will navigate in a fast start-up atmosphere and tasks without clear requirements.
- Knows how to adapt to the situation and offers his solutions.
- Ready for challenges and willing to grow with the project.
