Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Create logotypes, visual identity elements, and guides for dozen entertaining brands.
• Create graphic banners by requests of the media buying team for dozen entertaining brands.
• Create logotypes and identity elements, manage brand guidelines, and supplement artwork libraries.
• Resizing, adapting, and localization banners taking national characteristics and brand guidelines into account.
• Research the best practices in different countries, constantly improving the quality and profitability of artworks.
• Take into conversion rates of banners to improve performance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience at an advertising agency, digital agency, or in-house studio.
• Experience in design for digital marketing.
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various arts, colors, fonts, and layouts.
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
• Ready to receive feedback as well as include conclusions in design.
• Attention to visual details.
• Experience creating and controlling libraries and style guides. Consistency in your work.
• Ability to meet deadlines. Work iteratively, and share results early and often.
• Speaking English will be an advantage.
• A strong portfolio is required.
