Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery research to effective problem framing, ideation, co-creation, prototyping, and user testing, into high-fidelity designs that will achieve a high impact on our business.
- Design to the vision while being able to deliver piecemeal and iteratively for rapid-release cycles.
- Measure the success of your solutions with the team and iterate on them.
- Write interface texts, form the tone of voice of the product, create a guide and solutions corresponding to it.
- Build a consistent product.
- Contribute to the creation of the international design system.
- Conduct design reviews, help and monitor the implementation of development tasks.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of commercial experience in a UI/UX, Product design.
- Good understanding of Human-Centered design principles and a variety of user research methods.
- To stay on top of enterprise complexity, you must work structured and with a keen eye for details and the holistic overview.
- Self-motivated by the challenges put in front of them.
- Ability to articulate and unfold your design decisions with an iterative mentality and embrace feedback with a growth mindset.
- Experience in doing user research and testing.
- Clear, empathic writing and verbal communication skills.
- English level — Intermediate+.
We are hiring specialists who have already relocated from Russia / Ukraine or willing to do it immediately.
