Middle Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery research to effective problem framing, ideation, co-creation, prototyping, and user testing, into high-fidelity designs that will achieve a high impact on our business.
• Design to the vision while being able to deliver piecemeal and iteratively for rapid-release cycles.
• Measure the success of your solutions with the team and iterate on them.
• Write interface texts, form the tone of voice of the product, create a guide and solutions corresponding to it.
• Build a consistent product.
• Contribute to the creation of the international design system.
• Conduct design reviews, help and monitor the implementation of development tasks.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of commercial experience in a UI/UX, Product design.
• Good understanding of Human-Centered design principles and a variety of user research methods.
• To stay on top of enterprise complexity, you must work structured and with a keen eye for details and the holistic overview.
• Self-motivated by the challenges put in front of them.
• Ability to articulate and unfold your design decisions with an iterative mentality and embrace feedback with a growth mindset.
• Experience in doing user research and testing.
• Clear, empathic writing and verbal communication skills.
• English level — Intermediate+.
