Head of Product

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements of stakeholders to manage Insuretech & Fintech Platform (Digital Brokerage & lead generation for insurance and banking products).
• Create epics, user stories & tasks for software development in Jira.
• Manage multiple cross-functional teams with up to 12 Product Owners.
• Agree with stakeholders on the priority of epics and user stories according to business value, complexity, and effort.
• Manage the software development lifecycle end to end.
• Implementation & execution of Agile software development principles.
• Execution of product discovery process.
• Develop annual and quarterly product roadmap.
• Define product vision & evaluate product success.
• Understand KPIs driving his product (i.e. What is important?), and develop features and improvements that improve product KPIs & business objectives.
• Has some technical understanding of software development.
• Understands good UI/UX. Development of wireframes and management of UI/UX teams.
• Ability to evaluate & integrate third-party software services and manage to outsource vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product owner or similar role (Business Analyst, Product Manager).
• Leading the vision, roadmap, and progress of 1+ products independently.
• Worked closely with an in-house development team of at least 20+ engineers.
• Led the development of a web application (product) in the past.
• Technical background or worked as a software engineer.
• Experienced in insurtech, fintech, or an aggregator for insurance and banking products.
