Lead Product Designer (Onfy)

You will

• Develop the Onfy design system.
• Lead a team (oversee a middle designer).
• Create interfaces for mobile and web apps.
• Generate and test ideas to improve product performance on real-world users.
• Develop the design library.
• Discuss product functionality with developers, conduct design reviews and help and monitor the implementation of tasks in development.

Expectations

• Experience developing interfaces for real products.
• 3+ years of experience within the Product Design or UX/UI Design.
• Understanding of the principles of application and web development.
• Ability to lead discussions, promote design solutions and adapt design practices.
• Leadership experience.
• Initiative and autonomy.
• Good written and spoken English.

Preferred:

• Skills in graphic design and/or animation in After Effects.
