Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop and retain a world-class engineering team at all levels.
- Lead, manage, and grow a development team responsible for building high-quality software.
- Understand the business domain and be able to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee the entire software development life cycle, from concept to release.
- Choice of software development tools and technologies.
- Permanent improvement of the system architecture.
- Manage technical debt.
- Facilitate technology, system architecture and methodology decision-making throughout the team.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Skills and qualifications
- A senior-level software developer with strong and successful technical lead experience.
- Experience leading a team of remote developers.
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with cloud-based development and deployment.
- Working knowledge of DevOps tools and practices.
- English: C1 or higher is a must.
