Here at Altium, we are very excited to be working on cloud-native applications and services we are developing and running. We provide our customers with software as a service with the most reliability and security for their data.

At this time we are looking to add a strong Leader to our Production Engineering team that will be running and driving DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Service Reliability in the Europe region and time zone. Lead Service Reliability Engineer would own, and be responsible for production operations and run a team with a focus on production operations and DevOps.

Requirements

The ideal candidate would need to be experienced and skilled with:

AWS cloud services, cloud infrastructure professional.
Embedded into development processes of applications and services build and deployment.
Strong experience running a multi-tenant SaaS platform with business orientation to customer satisfaction.
Applications Monitoring and observability first person of interest and guru. (We use NewRelic).
Incident and problem management, and resolution.
Experience running and mentoring team of DevOps / SRE.
Security is always in mind.
Architect approach to solutions: 1 — Design. 2 — Propose and 3 — Deliver.

Technical requirements:

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in building Infrastructure as a Code (Terraform) from scratch to scaled product (SaaS).
Experience and strong understanding of cloud and networking infrastructure.
Experience and skills in providing development teams with embedded DevOps process workflows.
Experience working build, deploy systems such as Gitlab, Jenkins.
Container clusterization technologies — Kubernetes.
