Head of Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advisory or leadership where required to support product teams.
• Design infrastructure solutions for high availability, resiliency, integrity, and security.
• Perform project delivery functions, ensuring the successful implementation of new projects, platforms, and upgrades.
• Review existing systems and recommend changes and improvements to take advantage of the best technology solutions.
• Quality assurance, inventory, and documentation of company infrastructure.
• Contribute to incident handling, and troubleshooting and act at a higher level of escalation.
• Ensure that infrastructure and all systems meet and endeavor to exceed the agreed service levels.

Requirements

• Proven success with providing technical infrastructure leadership.
• Technical knowledge and expertise in the development of infrastructure architecture and standards.
• Experience working in large, complex technology environments.
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS).
• Hands-on experience with Linux.
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python).
• Experience with security (server hardening, network hardening).
• Good understanding of cryptography concepts and types.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• English B2+.
