Delivery Manager

Role

In the role as Delivery Manager, you will coordinate delivery streams of European teams and work closely with Delivery Managers and other stakeholders worldwide:

• Working in a distributed team's environment as a part of the global delivery team, lead the EU teams’ delivery process.
• Meet Team Leads and Product Owners regularly to discuss plans, progress, issues & feedback. Keep the clear focus on the company priorities. Review roadmaps & KPIs.
• Ensure the EU team's effective collaboration with other delivery centers.
• Production incident management. Problems identification, solving or escalation supervision.
• Mentoring Tech Leads and Product Owners on Agile processes and delivery best practices. Ensuring continuous improvements in the EU teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Project Manager and 1+ year as a Delivery Manager.
• Good understanding of ITSM and Agile methodologies.
• English / Russian speaker.

Big plus:

• ITIL or alternative certification.
• Work experience in worldwide distributed projects.
