Head of Product (Joompay)

Responsibilities

• Developing a vision for the product, defining the problem areas that need to be changed.
• Partnering with the product development team to deliver product updates in time and on point.
• Communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• Creating and owning the product roadmap, driven by a deep understanding of our customers and aligning with our product vision as well as key business metrics.
• Making data-based decisions to further develop the product.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working with sophisticated B2C digital products.
• Managerial experience with leading and mentoring a cross-functional team.
• Data-driven approach.
• Experience with working on fast-growing scale-ups.
• Strong analytical skills.
