Persona.ly, a global company with machine-learning based products in the mobile marketing field, with offices and representations in Russia, India, Indonesia, and headquarters in Israel, is looking for a java developer with backend experience for fully remote work.

Our team works closely with some of the world's most successful mobile apps in the gaming, fintech, and e-commerce verticals. We help their growth efforts of UA and retargeting, fraud prevention and provide data-driven insights derived from our predictive models, which process over 2 million transactions a second!

You will

Become an eminent member of the product’s core R&D team.
Work closely with data-science and product teams.
Focus on scalability & performance.

What should you have

1-2 years of experience in server-side core functionality, creating robust and high-performing large-scale systems serving millions of requests per day — must.
1 year of experience in Java programming, including experience with the Spring Boot Framework — must.
Experience working with databases (Relational and NoSQL) in Big-data environments.
Experience with cloud and bare metal environments: AWS, Docker, K8S — a significant advantage.
Experience in OOP, Unit Testing CI/CD — an advantage.
Familiarity with at least one of the following technologies: Kafka, TrinoDB (Presto), ClickHouse, Aerospike, Java Servlets, Hibernate.
Familiarity with the Ad-Tech industry — a significant advantage.
Fluent verbal and written English.
Deep understanding and strong Computer Science fundamentals: object-oriented design, data structures, and multithreading programming.
Proactive, highly motivated individual with a high work ethic and sense of ownership.
