Product Designer

Responsibilities

• You’ll lead the design for your projects. This includes working on the current tasks, improving the existing flows, as well as exploring possible future visions.
• You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers responsible for different parts of the project. Your input will be just as crucial in determining how we do and what we do as that of the others.
• Ideally, you’ll be responsible for all design artefacts: from the basic user journey mapping to the final UI and the documentation. This includes prototypes, animations and many other intermediate steps.
• You’ll think first and foremost about your users and the way they will interact with the product you are designing. You’ll work with the analytics data and will take part in user research. Some of the solutions can be based on industry-standard approaches, but we will be solving many never-before-solved problems, and we need to be sure that our solutions work.

Requirements

• Experience in leading the product design for a launching product, both Web and iOS.
• Knowledge of the existing platform-specific design guidelines and a good understanding of when and why they can be broken.
• Great communication skills, including excellent written English.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Prototyping and animation using whatever tools you like.
• Strong problem-oriented product design portfolio or a set of case studies.
• Experience with complex internal tools is a big plus.
