Responsibilities

• Сollecting project requirements from Stakeholders.
• Creating requirements documentation for WEB projects.
• Improve user experience based on WEB analytics.
• Initialization and participation in creative brainstorming sessions.
• Regular investigate actual design trends.
• Prototyping (partition structure, grid, a site map).
• Create storytelling for WEB products.
• Design concept development.
• Implementation of the design concept.
• Approval of the Final design solution with CEO.
• Deliver all updates and new projects in time and with the required quality.
• Web development as Product development (using an agile approach: backlog, sprint review, retrospective, etc).

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica.
• Extensive experience of using Sketch, Figma, Miro, Jira.
• At least 3 years of experience in WEB Development (understanding of all stages of development of WEB products).
• At least 3 years of experience in Head Roles / Project lead.
• English language at the level of advanced (C1) and above.
• The portfolio is required for all applicants.

Hiring process

You will have 4 stages of the interview and test task: general interview, professional (may be combined with the task), competency-based interview with the team, final interview with CEO and founder of the company.
