Responsibilities
Key Customer Portfolio
- Ensure customer retention is kept above 100% for renewals/upsells.
- Closely work with your customer portfolio to ensure AmazingHiring fully addresses their.
- Recruitment needs.
- Develop metrics for success and review progress during QBR’s with key customers.
- Coach customers to be product experts and train their teams on AmazingHiring.
- Sourcing, candidate engagement, candidate management & market mapping.
- Methodologies.
- Help drive customer references and case studies.
Customer Success
- Coordinate new feature launches with Marketing and RnD teams, create and drive.
- Feature adoption plans.
- Help develop internal system of tracking customer health (Metabase), driving our shift.
- From reactive CS model to proactive.
- Cooperate with marketing team on Product Marketing strategy and create efficient.
- Learning materials, run product webinars.
- Develop, run and promote AmazingHiring certification program.
- Measure customer satisfaction, create action plans based on satisfaction survey.
Requirements
- Experience “hands-on recruitment” in technology/fast-growing company.
- You should be interested in helping customers solve their problem №1.
- Fluent English.
- Experience of working with AmazingHiring.
- Experience in a startup environment is highly preferred.
- You are driven, self-motivated, proactive, and excited about being at a start-up.
- Successful business correspondence skills, excellent written literacy.
- Ability to articulate product’s different features, and answers any questions customers might have.
