Responsibilities

• Shape the product strategy and roadmap for one or more key areas.
• Understand the users, market, and competition.
• Communicate the product strategy and requirements to key stakeholders.
• Drive the product life cycle — ideation, design, prioritization, development, and delivery.
• Bring teams together to define and implement product features.
• Articulate product differentiation and value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Define key metrics and measure the performance of the product features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience building products in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-verse in gathering insights and identifying trends from data (customer interaction, qualitative and quantitative analysis, etc).

As a plus:

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: automation, iPaaS.
• Engineering or computer science background.

Soft skills:

• Detail oriented with superior organizational and time-management skills — balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests.
• Driven with a can-do attitude and determination to succeed.
• Strong communication skills — ability to articulate value, simplify concepts and influence without authority.
• Upper-intermediate English level or higher.
