Data Analyst

Your tasks would be

• Work on the development of the PropellerAds product: conduct exploratory analysis — put forward hypotheses, select metrics, and conduct research and experiments necessary for the implementation of product changes.
• Develop regular reporting tools: customer scoring; operational reports on the effectiveness of different areas of PropellerAds.
• Identify patterns of use of the system and opportunities for growth.
• Design, run and analyse AB test results.
• Develop tools for marketing analytics: build acquisition funnels and segment users; combine web analytics and internal storage data to evaluate marketing effectiveness; perform cohort analysis.
• Collect requirements and present the results of complex research in an accessible language that is understandable to business.

Who are we looking for

• You know SQL well and have working experience with modern analytics platforms, preferably Tableau, but Power BI or Qlik is also possible.
• You have experience with version control system, preferably Git.
• You know Python — you can get and process data, conduct analytics in Jupyter and visualise results using popular libraries.
• You have sufficient knowledge of mathematical statistics to design and interpret A/B tests.
• Experience in using simple ML models (linear, decision trees) will be a plus.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in product or marketing analytics.

Would be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of AirFlow DAG.
• Experience in writing technical specifications for BI.
