Swoo is an all-in-one finance app. The Swoo app organises the chaos in the customers’ daily lives and brings the magic of modern technology to daily finance, payments, shopping, and crypto management.

Swoo in numbers:

4 countries.
MAU: 100,000+ users.
1,500,000+ cards digitized.
80+ employees on the team.

We’ve already launched in Italy, Moldova, Portugal and Spain, with 180,000 monthly active users in all countries. Swoo users can add loyalty cards from their favourite stores to the app, get discounts at the checkout using their smartphones, and share cards with friends. Users have already added over 1 million cards to the app.

Swoo is tapping into the fast-growing FinTech market, and the app is expected to become a unicorn, targeting 100M active users and the presence on European markets and beyond.

We are looking for an analyst who is able to understand business needs, capable of working with the technical restrictions and documentation, and translating all this into understandable language for development.

Your product is a very secure admin panel, whose goal is to automate all the business processes concerning customer support, financial side, compliance and security. Also, all the actions from this product affect mobile application and customers’ experience.

What you will be doing

Collecting and analysing functional requirements.
Creating statements of work for development.
Coordinating and advising during the development process.
Documenting new and existing requirements.
Closely interacting with the product and the designer on the one hand and the development team on the other.
Working with other analysts on requirements for cross-team services.
Keeping all artefacts up to date.

What skills and experience you need

At least 3 years experience working with requirements at all stages of software development.
Knowledge and understanding of collecting and analysing requirements — from business requirements to quality attributes.
BP description skills in UML, BPMN, eEPC.
Knowledge and understanding of the principles of client-server and inter-server communication, microservice architecture.
Ability to work with REST APIs.
Proactiveness and responsibility.

Nice-to-haves:

Fintech subject matter expertise.
Blockchain technology understanding.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Experience with products using agile software development.
Interest in IT technologies, commercial IT products, and principles of interface construction.
