Responsibilities

• Identify, drive and execute innovative initiatives which improve commercial efficiency of existing BidSwitch services.
• Take responsibility for leading and documenting the business opportunity requirements, analysis, prototyping, commercial models & technical validation of driven product and revenue related project or initiative.
• Take responsibility for ensuring the positioning and reputation of BidSwitch as a world leading technology provider to the real-time economy.
• Work with key product, technology, commercial stakeholders and external client partner teams to deeply understand market and industry business requirements..
• Collaborate with and coordinate Engineering, Product and other teams to ensure product delivery happens on time and with industry-leading quality standards.
• Foster strong collaborative approaches to prioritization and communications with all BidSwitch internal stakeholders including Client Services, Product, Technology & Finance teams.
• Represent BidSwitch Product team in front of other IPONWEB Business Units by collecting requirements, justifying commercial feasibility, possibility to apply to external clients and anything else that is needed to pre-validate the inquiry.

Requirements

• A degree in a relevant field of study (Computer Science or Mathematics Master’s would be perfect.)
• 3+ years prior experience in working closely to AdTech companies resulting in deep understanding of their motivation, goals, needs and way of operation.
• 2+ years prior experience in project and product management with proven ability to successfully bring complex, innovative new products to market.
• Deep understanding of the online advertising landscape and technology space. Proven expertise in working with ad exchange, supply, data and demand trading platforms.
• Outstanding technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proven product management and organizational skills.
• Ability to investigate, analyse & solve problems, and clearly communicate results.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun, and entrepreneurial environment; flexibility in working across both cultures and languages.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel internationally (hopefully at some point in the future).
