QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Construct and manage testing processes on several SCRUM teams.
• Develop a testing pyramid for E2E tests, locate and engage engineers to create tests, improve product quality, and work to shorten release cycles.
• Use Playwright and JS to work on the testing framework (expanding the framework, writing new tests, and maintaining current tests).
• Draft rules for the development of autotests and write documentation.
• Work to minimize manual regression testing on releases.
• Engage with the full testing cycle, including testing new functionality, writing test documentation, and finalizing autotests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience testing web applications.
• Experience managing QA teams in an Agile environment.
• A thorough understanding of the fundamentals of testing, testing approaches, and relevant theory.
• You are able to discern when an E2E test is needed and when mocks can be used.
• Experience in all stages of the product-testing cycle. This means everything from testing requirements to finalizing E2E regression tests.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience constructing processes from scratch on testing teams.
• English at a B1 level or higher.
