Product Manager

What you will do

• Be responsible for mobile App development (authorization, user content generation, main screen etc.). Your key metrics will be MAU and Retention.
• Lead the product roadmap, establish a shared vision and alignment with all stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and business opportunities through a combination of user research, collecting feedback from cross-functional teammates, diving into data, and competitive analysis.
• Own the features through the entire product lifecycle: ideation, discovery, planning and delivery.
• Be responsible for evaluation of the impact of features on business and user experience.
• Work closely with engineering team, UX designers, system and data-analysts, customer care team, other PMs.
• Contribute to Swoo overall product strategy and product development process.

What skills and experience you need

• 5+ years of proven success leading consumer-facing mobile products (mainly content products).
• An eye for great UX/UI and good understanding of design best practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, technically conversant and able to collaborate easily with engineers and designers.
• Advanced data management skills.
• A result-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English, both oral and written.

Nice to have:

• Experience in working for international companies.
