Internal Investigator

You will

• Plan, organise, and conduct timely, complex, and unbiased investigations involving allegations of misconduct from employees, agents, and vendors in accordance with Exness policy and industry standards.
• Apply rules of evidence; recognise evidence and determine its value to specific claim, evidence collection and interpretation. Interview victims, witnesses, and suspects.
• Apply Local, State and Federal statutes to ensure investigations are carried out within the requirements of applicable law and local office expectations.
• Cooperate with government organisations and law enforcement agencies. Contact the relevant authorities if a crime is committed or an accident occurs.
• Control the activities of Exness offices, carrying out a set of measures to protect information that is confidential and constituting a trade secret.
• Establish control and defence procedures against internal risks, such as unspecified losses, the disclosure of secrets, unlawful competition, crimes against intellectual and industrial property, administrative offences, claims for damages and prejudice to ethical or material third parties.
• Develop policies on entrance authorisation of people and vehicles, security of all exits, doors and windows.
• Report any suspicious behaviours and events.
• Provide assistance to C-level employees on request to ensure their personal safety.
• Collaborate with the team(s) in physical security-related areas.

The ideal candidate

• 4+ years of experience as an Internal investigator or similar role.
• Good understanding of local legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
• 2+ years of experience in video surveillance systems.
• Trained in First Aid / BLS and self-defence.
• Physical strength and fitness.
• Outstanding surveillance and observation skills.
• Strong time-management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise multiple tasks and adapt to change.
• Fluent Russian and English language (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
