At =nil; Foundation, we are making a zero-knowledge ecosystem, enabling our customers to build decentralized applications secured by zero-knowledge cryptography. Our primary products are:
- DBMS that works over blockchains and provides a developer-friendly interface.
- Proof system and a cryptography library for making transactions cryptographically provable.
- ZkLLVM compiler that makes code in C++ and Rust compatible with this proof system and enables building provable applications.
- Market for the computation of zero-knowledge proofs.
We are seeking an experienced and customer-centric Technical Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with our customers and partners to help them create their solutions using our cutting-edge ecosystem/toolchain.
Responsibilities
- Solution Design and Technical Specifications. Understand the needs of our customers and design solutions that align with their goals. This involves creating comprehensive technical specifications that serve as a roadmap for the implementation of these solutions.
- Project Management. Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track and meet deadlines. This includes coordinating with various teams, monitoring project progress, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Cross-team Collaboration. Drive cross-team projects on integrations, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication between different teams. This also includes coordinating with stakeholders across the organization to align on project objectives and deliverables.
- Customer Support. Provide ongoing support to our customers throughout the solution development process. This includes understanding their needs, addressing their questions or concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our ecosystem/toolchain.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to design solutions and write technical specifications.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
- Ability to think in the paradigm of “Decentralized Systems”.
- Understanding the whole way of transaction processing “from user to Ethereum storage (or any other decentralized database)”.
- Basic understanding of the common primitives: Multisig, Merkle tree as accumulator for data compression, threshold cryptography.
